O&A

O&A is a cruet that protects oil and vinegar from light that can alter the organoleptic properties (taste, texture, and aroma).
The glass that contains oil and vinegar becomes transparent when you lift up the bottles and opaque every time they are placed in the base.
The oil and balsamic vinegar will keep the flavor exactly as you tasted in the wine cellar where you bought them.

The electrochemical glass becomes transparent every time the bottle is raised, in order to check the liquid level, but without sacrificing protection from sunlight.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The electrochromic glass consists of a liquid crystal layer situated between two sheets of glass. The state of transparency in the glass can be modified, as needed, by applying an electrical field.
In the absence of voltage, the glass is completely transparent.
When a voltage is applied, the liquid crystal layers change, blocking UV radiation, and making the glass 80% opaque.

The base is designed with different finishes such as cork, silver, and bakelite.
